Head and other Management grades, in areas such as Financial Crime Compliance, Regulatory Compliance and Legal

Role Location:

Full-time Head Office, Malta, and/or as may be agreed

Role Level:

C-Suite, Executive Committee, other (Board and/or Management) committees

Role Purpose:

Enables safe and sustainable business growth by fostering a culture of integrity and ensuring effective management of compliance, financial crime, conduct and legal risks

Role Expectations:

a)     Upholds integrity and raises crime, fraud awareness

b)     Promotes a culture of ethics and compliance

c)     Enables sustainable and well-governed growth

d)     Builds regulatory trust and organisational accountability

Competencies:

Relevant degree/professional qualification; senior management experience especially in banking and financial services, and in regulatory engagement; change and transformation leadership.
