Senior Data Integrity Officer / Administration and Operations Specialist |
Overall Purpose of the Position
To actively participate in (i) the planning stage of tasks and projects by understanding objectives and proposed course of action (ii) the execution of tasks and projects assigned to the Data Integrity Team through hands on activities.
Operational Responsibilities
To participate in meetings and / or training sessions which are held prior to the commencement of a task or as a progress update.
• To be receptive to the sharing of instructions and / or operating procedures – seeking the necessary clarifications so as to be able to execute an assigned task.
• To follow instructions leading to the completion of a specific task immediately highlighting any concerns arising during execution stage – recommending alternative solutions as may be appropriate.
• To support the Senior Data Integrity Officer and the Administration and Operations Specialist providing data – retaining full audit trail of tasks carried out on a daily basis.
• To use shared folders in line with access rights – ensuring that documentary evidence of tasks are saved in a secure manner
• To be knowledgeable and conversant with the Bank systems / procedures / circulars and departmental guidelines connected to tasks and projects being handled by the Data Integrity Team.
General Responsibilities
- To develop and manage the appropriate balance between the execution of tasks whilst exercising due care and diligence with the presentation of completed tasks within established timeframes.
- To ensure compliance with Bank’s policies, guidelines as may be supported by Team operating procedures
- To assist Data Integrity Team management with the drawing up and periodical updating of team processes and procedures
- Champion the APS Bank values – as may be applicable to the Data Integrity Team.

• Be reliable, organised, meticulous and prepared to work under pressure;
• Be a team player and able to multitask in line with different tasks which may be subject to execution concurrently;
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting & interpersonal skills;
• Be computer literate and conversant in MS Office applications – specifically Excel.

- One year experience working as part of a team – preferably within a task oriented framework
